Our consultants have strong accounting backgrounds having worked within CPA firms or directed accounting departments in the past. They also have expertise in the information technology field having performed help desk functions as well as had experience in directing IT departments in the past. We bring our accounting and information technology experience together to focus solely on the implementation, training, and support of companies on their Intuit QuickBooks based accounting system.
We have a network of bookkeepers, accountants, IT professionals, and other consultants that we work closely with. We work with these professionals to ensure that your accounting systems and financial needs are met at the highest level of professionalism. Although we do provide bookkeeping and other financial services, we do not compete with your existing tax preparer or CPA for these services.
Kevin Weaver
Mr. Weaver has a diverse and extensive background with experience in education and training, management, marketing and sales, computer software development, entertainment, TV and video production. His professional knowledge and skills couple with strong interpersonal and management capabilities. He has successfully branded products, developed industries, secured sponsorship and investments, and managed teams of people. As a professional educator and trainer, Mr. Weaver has taught and guided high school and college students as well as provided high-level computer programming and application instruction for corporate executives and hundreds of corporate employees in industries including insurance, legal, financial, engineering, and manufacturing.
Specialties include training in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); Corel’s WordPerfect; Windows; use of the Internet. Training and development specialization in the APL programming language provided for numerous insurance and insurance consulting firms, financial modeling consultants, etc. He has also created instructional “webinars” for beginner, intermediate, and advanced training in MS Office products.
