We require that our consultants keep up-to-date on the latest software updates and changes.  We also require that they update their certifications in the Intuit QuickBooks products and other supported products.  You can see our certification logos to the bottom, and left of your screen.  Here are some of the details on our current certifications:

Intuit Solution Provider

Intuit (the maker of QuickBooks) has chosen us as an Intuit Solution Provider.  Since there are only so many Intuit Solution Providers selected throughout the country, this appointment indicates a higher level of competency and expertise in consulting on the Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Suite, the QuickBooks Point of Sale line of products, and in QuickBase. Because of this selection as their solution provider, we have a unique relationship with Intuit, having a more direct communication channel with the Intuit executives and product engineers. Stringent requirements are set on Intuit Solution Providers including having to certify at an extremely advanced level to demonstrate consulting skills and advanced product knowledge. Other requirements include having to adhere to program guidelines, attending an Intuit sponsored advanced conference once a year, having to meet various customer service requirements, and various additional requirements.

ProAdvisor Program

The ProAdvisor program is primarily designed for the thousands of CPAs and accountants all over the country to help them learn the products and be able to support them effectively. However, since most accountants have many items pulling on their time, such as keeping up with tax regulations, accounting and reporting regulations, audit, etc., they tend to only learn enough about the Intuit QuickBooks programs in order to pass the most basic certification level.  Our consultants are certified at every level within the ProAdvisor program including the highest level, Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  In addition, we update our certifications each year to be certified on the latest versions of the products too. These are the various certifications available to ProAdvisors:

• ProAdvisor without Certification – no certification test taken, ProAdvisor only has access to ProAdvisor resources.  No logo is provided to ProAdvisor’s without any certifications.

• ProAdvisor with Certification in QuickBooks Pro / Premier - A simplistic certification test is required which tests on various aspects of using the QuickBooks Pro and Premier versions of the products.
   
• ProAdvisor with Certification in Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions – A slightly more complex certification test is required focusing in on the Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions product.
   
• ProAdvisor with Ceritfication in QuickBooks Point of Sale - A fairly complex certification test is required focusing on the QuickBooks Point of Sale products.
   
• Advanced Certified ProAdvisor - An extremely complex certification exam is required, testing on advanced functionality of the products, troubleshooting errors, integrating third party applications, detailed job costing, and many other advanced areas.
